Smorgasburg Returns With New Vendors and Old Favorites

Smorgasburg 2025 returns 4/4! Fridays - WTC Saturdays - Williamsburg Sundays - Prospect Park Open 11am- 6pm April through October!

Smorgasburg is back for its 15th season, bringing an exciting lineup of food vendors to New York City.

The popular open-air market will reopen in April, with locations in Manhattan, Williamsburg, and Prospect Park.

Each market will run weekly from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. through October.

This year, 20 new vendors are joining the lineup, adding fresh flavors to the mix.

Highlights include 12 Chairs Shuk, likely serving shakshuka, and B&E Fish and Chips, specializing in beer-battered fried fish.

BOYsalad is bringing its take on Caesar salads, while Cafecito Social will serve Guatemalan coffee.

Chocolate on Tap is offering chocolate-dipped strawberries, and Coco Bred is introducing Jamaican coco bread sandwiches.

Returning favorites like Birria LES, BunNan Plantain Destination, and Yakitori Tatsu will also be there.

With a mix of new and beloved vendors, Smorgasburg promises another season of must-try bites.

Food lovers can mark their calendars for opening weekend on April 4–6.

A wave of affordable tasting menus is redefining fine dining across the U.S., and New York is leading the charge.

At Acru in the East Village, Chef Daniel Garwood offers a $95 seasonal tasting menu with up to six courses.

It’s designed to be efficient, satisfying, and approachable.

While other cities are catching on—like Austin’s Nixta Taqueria and LA’s n/soto—we hope NYC will start seeing more places like Acru so that more diners can get a taste of fine dining without dropping a small fortune.

Yankee Stadium’s 2025 Food Lineup Hits a Home Run

New additions include Bondi Sushi, serving hand rolls and crispy rice, and Brooklyn Dumpling Shop, offering creative dumplings like Buffalo chicken and wagyu beef.
